About the event
Thank you for your interest in attending the Bam Camp. The camp will be on TBD 2023, at the Camden County Recreation Center in Kingsland Ga. (just north of the Florida state line). We are excited to have you attend. Below is the schedule and itinerary for the camp.
9:00 – 10:00 AM Athletes Check In, Photo Shoot for the Elite Football Network
10:00 – 10:10 AM Dynamic Warm Up
10:10 – 11:10 AM County Fair 4 Stations 20 Min Each (Bags, Star Drill, Short Shuttle, Broad Jump, 60 Yard Shuttle, HT/WT, Bench)
11:10 – 11:30 PM O-Line/D-Line Position & Evaluation Drills (Station 1)
11:30 – 11:50 PM O-Line/D-Line Position & Evaluation Drills (Station 2)
11:50 – 12:10 PM O-Line/D-Line Position & Evaluation Drills (Station 3)
12:10 – 12:30 PM O-Line/D-Line Position & Evaluation Drills (Station 4)
12:30 – 2:00 PM 1-on-1 Pass Rush Competition (O-Line vs D-Line)
1:40 – 2:00 PM Best of the Best + 1-on-1 Pass Rush Competition (O-Line vs D-Line) Continued
2:00 – 2:20 PM Final Best of the Best Competition Top 5 O-Line & Top 5 D-Line (O-Line vs D-Line)
2:20 – 2:30 PM Closing + Awards (MVP O-Line & MVP D-Line) + Interviews with Top Performers

What to bring: Helmets (Not mandatory), Mouth Piece, Cleats, Gym Shorts, and your own hydration and water bottles. Color-Coded Shirts are provided.

Notes: Tight Ends will focus on blocking at the Big Man Camp.
Notes: Linebackers will focus on pass rushing at the Big Man Camp.
Best of the Best: The top performers from all our regional camps will be invited back to compete in our final “Best of the Best Camp” in July 2023.

***Parents and spectators are able to watch the camp but are not allowed to go on the field during the event.
