Facility Location: Pooler Recreation Center

What to bring: Mouth Piece, Cleats, Gym Shorts, and your own hydration and water bottles. Color Coded Shirts are provided.

8:00 –9:00 AM Athletes Check In, Photo Shoot, HT/WT for the EXSPRTS NETWORK

9:30 – 10:00 AM Dynamic Warm Up

10:10 – 11:10 AM Measurables. (L Drill, Short Shuttle, Broad Jump, 40 Yard Shuttle, Bench)

11:12 – 11:50 PM County Fair Drills 

11:50 – 12:10 PM Position & Evaluation Drills (Phase 3)

12:10 – 12:25 PM  1-on-1 (O-Line vs D-Line)

12:25 - 12:40 PM 1-on-1 (Running Backs v Line Backers)

12:40-1:00 PM 1-on-1 (Wide Recievers v DefensiveBacks) 

1:00 – 1:10 PM Best of the Best + 1-on-1 Pass Rush Competition (O-Line vs D-Line) Continued

1:11 – 1:20 PMBest of the Best + 1-on-1  (Running Backs vs LineBackers) Continued

1:20 – 1:30 PM Best of the Best + 1-on-1  (Wide Recievers v DefensiveBacks) Continued

1:45 – 2:00 PM Closing + Awards (MVP O-Line & MVP D-Line) + Interviews with Top Performers for information for college coaches
